Joe has been the driving force in building Camms into a world leader in Enterprise Risk and Performance Management Software Solutions. Joe’s vision and knowledge was of paramount importance in developing Camms into a global business with a globally recognised brand. As Executive Chair Joe now works in collaboration with our Camms CEO, Warwick Kirby to ensure clients are delivered best practice solutions and services that are tailored specifically to their needs.
Ellerston JAADE Fund and Ellerston Ventures
Anthony is a highly experienced lawyer and senior executive with a strong track record as a CEO, and as a Chairman and Director on public and private company boards in a variety of industries. He has more than 35 years advisory and operational experience in diverse areas including legal, corporate advisory, media, technology businesses, gaming and wagering. His other current board positions include at ASX-listed Frontier Digital Ventures and private companies Genero, Zoom2U and Betfair Australia.
ELLERSTON JAADE FUND AND ELLERSTON VENTURES
Jamie has over 30 years of experience as a Global CEO and Managing Director, successfully leading multinational organisations in the consumer goods, technology and gaming industries. He has been Managing Director of global firms including Lyons Tetley, Foster’s Group and CEO of Aristocrat of which he led the turnaround from 2009 to 2017 to attaining a $20b market capitalisation on the ASX.
Jamie co-founded the Ellerston JAADE Private Assets Fund and is Chairman of Scientific Games, a US$3.5bn Gaming technology company on Nasdaq, and was Chairman of Mable (formerly Better Caring), a fast growing private technology platform from 2017 to 2020.
Founder, Owner and Executive Director
Andrew founded the SAGE Group in 1994 and remains instrumental in establishing the ever-expanding business portfolio of SAGE, responding to emerging market opportunities and needs. Andrew is a member of the Executive Committee of the Australian Industry Group in South Australia, a board member of the Australian Industry Group Training Group and was named Ernst & Young South Australian Entrepreneur (Central Region) of the Year in 2004.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Fabian is the Chief Marketing Officer of Monash University and leads the strategic marketing and communications for the organisation. Prior to that he was Vice-President of Marketing and Partnerships (APAC and EMEA) at Hobsons for three years. Hobsons specialises in global student marketing and recruitment. He has also held senior marketing positions with Adecco Group UK and Ireland, and Camms APAC, North America and UK.
Chief Executive Officer
Warwick is an experienced CEO and strategist with a successful record in delivering stakeholder value through organic growth, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and exit planning. He is a graduate and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and possesses a Double Masters in Business and Education. Warwick has held leadership roles at organisations including Oracle, Revelian, IntraLinks, and led the successful IPO listings of Nvoi on the ASX.
Chief Financial Officer
Chris is an experienced COO/CFO, with a track record of delivering large scale transformation programs to drive growth (organic and through M+A) and profitability enhancement. The majority of his career has been in executive roles in large MNC’s (Reed Elsevier, Thomson Reuters, HT&E) while latterly he has migrated to fast growth, PE backed SaaS businesses. He has an MSc in Biotechnology and a BSc in Environmental Sciences, is a Fellow with CIMA and a member with AICD.
Chief Strategy Officer
Beau has more than 20 years’ experience at Camms and oversees the company’s global strategy. He possesses widespread experience in the entire spectrum of the development and sales of our business software solutions. Beau has extensive professional development through 4 years of The Executive Connection (TEC) membership, and he possesses a Bachelor of Economics and an MBA, as well as being a member of the AICD.
Chief Technology Officer
Alister Foley is an experienced CIO/CTO with over 20 years of success across Development, Operations Management, Consulting and Sales gained in Australia and internationally. He has substantial experience in delivering quality strategic, operational and business results for Fortune 200 companies as a vendor. A graduate of the Monash University, Alister has enjoyed management and leadership roles at highly recognised organisations including the likes of Aurien Capital, DST Bluedoor, Oracle and UBS Investment Bank.
Chief Product Officer
Adam has over 10 years of experience at Camms, possessing an in-depth understanding of governance, risk and compliance, portfolio project management and strategy execution. As the Chief Product Officer, he is responsible for future product direction in line with customer and market requirements and also has ownership of the strategic marketing and presales functions globally.
Lachlan brings his expertise in project, risk, strategy and performance management to Camms’ customers globally. As Vice President of Services, he has overseen the successful implementation of Camms software solutions throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the United Kingdom.
Lachlan’s experience in the industry and across a wide variety of organisations enables him to provide strategic input into the product roadmap. His ability to combine product and theoretical subject matter, paired with his innate stakeholder engagement and project management skills, makes him an important member of the Camms team and most importantly, trusted advisor to our valued customers.
Jason is an accomplished sales leader with a 20-year successful track record in enterprise software sales gained in multiple international markets. Jason brings to Camms experience across a number of domains, including cyber-security, BFSI, Retail, GRC, mobility and cloud computing. Prior to Camms, he held senior sales roles with global software vendors including Mimecast, Oracle and Computer Associates, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Daniel Kandola is responsible for Camms’ development growth strategy in EMEA, while overseeing the process and operations within the region. He has experience in implementing powerful and agile GRC and business solutions, and has played a key role in leading the growth of the EMEA client base over the past 6 years. Daniel is passionate about helping organisations harness their risk intelligence to achieve strategic business success. A graduate from the University of Sheffield, Daniel obtained a First Class Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management for Business.
Andrew joined Camms as Vice President for North America in January 2021, bringing a wealth of experience across sales, product, and go to market strategy. An established governance, risk and compliance leader, Andrew formerly led transformation across Internal Audit, Internal Control, and Compliance functions for GE Capital, a $350B business, along with senior sales roles at Nasdaq and SAI Global. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in MIS and Finance from the University of Massachusetts, a Masters Degree in Finance and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, along with professional certifications across the GRC space.
James has enjoyed over fifteen years’ experience in software leadership and senior sales roles, and has operated in various international locations including Australia, UK, USA and Belgium. He particularly thrives in business development functions, both in partnership and direct. James has spent much of his career serving the professional services market with Thomson Reuters and Lexis Nexis. James holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons). He has qualified as a Project Management Professional and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
An experienced Vice President of Marketing, with a demonstrated history of working across varying markets within the Governance, Risk and Compliance space, Suzanne is responsible for leading all of Camms’ go-to-market strategies. She possesses deep knowledge in Strategic Marketing Planning, Marketing Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Lead Generation, Event Management and execution. Prior to joining Camms, Suzanne served as the Global Head of Marketing at a multi-national SaaS software solution provider, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Honours degree in International Business from the University of Hertfordshire.
