What it means to lead at Camms

Leadership principles we live by

Lead by example

Leaders at Camms should model the behaviour and values that you want to see in others. This means being accountable, honest, and respectful, and demonstrating a commitment to excellence.

Foster collaboration

As a leader, it’s your job to promote a collaborative culture where everyone feels valued and supported. Encourage open communication and collaboration across teams and departments, and make sure that everyone has a voice.

Empower your team

Give your team the tools and resources they need to succeed, and provide them with opportunities to learn and grow. Encourage them to take ownership of their work and to share their ideas for improvement.

Strive for innovation

Camms is committed to continuous improvement and innovation. As a leader, you should encourage your team to think creatively, experiment with new approaches, and challenge the status quo. Be open to new ideas and perspectives, and support initiatives that drive positive change.

Focus on results

Ultimately, Camms is a results-driven organisation, and as a leader, you should be focused on achieving measurable outcomes. Set clear goals and expectations for your team. Celebrate successes and learn from failures, and always strive to do better.
