A message from Joe Collins
 
2014 has been a year of growth, success and new developments. I would like to personally thank all those clients who have supported us during the good, and not so good times. Strategically we at CAMMS measure our success by your success and it was great to see many of our clients achieve major national and international awards for best practice.
Our focus in the New Year will be across the following key areas:
Challenging our current levels of support and overall quality of service. We will be relentless at being the best we possibly can.
Reaffirming our commitment to Innovative and leading edge R&D. I would like to see much closer partnership and collaboration with all our clients to achieve this.
Whilst continued growth is an important strategy for CAMMS I want to reignite strong communication and consultation with our existing customers.

This year saw key updates to our software, ensuring clients have access to top-of-the range tools to manage their business. But this is just the beginning. We have some great things planned out for the New Year.
I'm sure I speak for all at CAMMS when I say that we are looking forward to helping 2015 become a successful year for your organisation.

Office Opening Times
Australia and New Zealand
Offices will be closed over the holiday period from 12.30pm on the 19th of December 2014 to the 5th of January 2015.
North America
From the 22nd December to the 29th December our North American offices will be closed. You can still reach your contact via their direct lines during this time.
UK
Our Manchester Office will close on public holidays but will be open every other day. You can contact the UK branch during this time here.
Asia
Offices will be closed from 12pm on the 24th December until the 29th December, and on the 1st of January.

Waikato District Council
Waikato District Council’s remarkable progress in increasing Project Management Maturity through CAMMS IPM is a talking point across New Zealand.
CAMMS IPM has been used to “bring to life” WDC’s Enterprise Project Management Framework.
Since implementation Council has achieved time savings of around 8%, which is tipped to increase to at least 15%. Jarrad Thomas, Manager of the Performance & Project Management Programme, explains that whilst savings are great, this wasn't the main objective. "Managing and integrating the intangible side of projects is where the true savings lie. Not just cost and time savings, but also reputation, resources, political, environmental. We have built capacity for this within IPM.”

Greater Shepparton City Council
Greater Shepparton City Council (GSCC) needed to start from the basics as their previous Risk Register had been scrapped several years ago due to inefficiency, and since that time there was limited processes in place for the Risk Department to handle accountability. Already using CAMMS interplan® and Personnel Evaluation System for planning and performance appraisals, managing their risk with CAMMS’ Integrated Risk Manager (IRM) solution was an obvious step.
We have been impressed with the quick turnaround. I have done more in the last few weeks with CAMMS than I did for 2 years trying to get another risk software up in place," says Bobby Bright, Team Leader Risk Management.

We're really pleased to have welcomed on board some new members to CAMMS in recent months.
Matthew DiGuilmi is an experienced Account Manager who joins us to look after clients in the Victorian region.
Risk expert, David Harvey, will be utilising his 18 year + experience to help Victorian organisations meet risk and performance management needs alongside another new recruit, Peter Marinis, in CAMMS' Melbourne office.
Paul Stubbs has extensive experience with Business Intelligence. He is also joining the team in our Melbourne office to ensure our present and future clients are well supported with BI through Power Data.
Andrew Bennett brings nearly two decades of experience working with businesses in the Health, Finance and Public Sectors to the Adelaide office. 
Tyler MacFarlane is helping CAMMS expand into Alberta at the new Edmonton office.

LGPro Corporate Planners Network Conference | 14th Nov 2014
Bringing together people working in Local Government in the areas of corporate, community and social planning, the theme for the Conference was "Future Directions for Service Delivery".
A key topic discussed was Service Reviews and how the LG sector can continue to strive for improved service delivery through more efficient and innovative service planning particularly during times of uncertainty, change and budgetary cuts.
